  • Reminiscing back to our Waiheke foraging adventures with @rockandhoney__installations when we created this beauty and I'm seeing that the past two years has really taken me on a journey of rediscovering my creativity. Having the freedom to fill our lives with experiences that feed the soul is beyond priceless and we should chase that with all we have! Sometimes what we seek is right there at the tips of our fingers and all we have to do is take that leap and grab the opportunity, for we are only bound by the limitations we put on ourselves. If time and money were of no factor, who would you be with and what would you be doing to feed your soul? ❤

  • These have turned into a staple snack in our house, as are just too easy and way too good! They're the perfect wee healthy treat and the more variety of nuts or seeds you add to them, the more nutritious and guilt-free they become! Recipe: - 1 cup of oats - 8-10 pitted dates - 2 tbsp of peanut butter - 2 tbsp cacao powder - 1 scoop or 1 packet of chocolate isalean dairy-free (or protein powder of your choice) - 1/2 cup of cashews - 1 tbsp chia seeds - Pinch of sea salt - 4 (or more) tbsp of plant milk - Optional: desiccated coconut It is a super adaptable recipe, that just needs a quick wizz the food processor and then rolling into little balls! Best to keep them in the freezer for longevity, but good luck if you manage to go one day without having devoured them all 🤤
